Your order will be shipped the same or next business day. 

We offer free shipping within Europe* for all private customers on orders over €25. For orders under €25, shipping costs are €3.90. 

Outside Europe, shipping costs are €9.95 for orders under €50.

Shipping to Switzerland: 

Orders shipped to Switzerland are exempt from VAT, but import VAT is always charged by the shipping service provider. More information is available from the Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (BAZG) here: LINK.

Delivery times:

1–3 business days: Germany

3–4 business days: Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary

4–5 business days: Belgium, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, Portugal, Baltic States, Switzerland

5–6 business days: Bulgaria, Malta 7–11 business days: Greece, Cyprus

The default prices shown in the shop include 19% German VAT. Once you log in, the prices will reflect the VAT rate applicable in your EU country of residence.

RETURNS – Germany

RETURNS – International

Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Please return the items to us with sufficient postage. As soon as we receive the return, you will be refunded promptly.
