RETURNS within Germany
You can return your order within 14 days of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you can easily and conveniently return it free of charge via our returns portal https://iq-uv.shipping-portal.com/rp/. As soon as we receive your return, we will send it back to you.
As soon as we have received your return, we will check everything and you will immediately receive your refund in the same form as you paid. If you buy on account (only for Germany and Austria), the amount will be credited to your customer account.

2. return your order in just a few steps: Enter your postcode and order or order number and you will receive a free DHL returns label.
3. Please only choose a DHL drop-off point with an official DHL logo in the selection overview.

(outside Germany)
You can return your order within 14 days of purchase.
To do so, please send the items back to us with sufficient postage. As soon as we have received your return, we will check everything and you will receive your refund immediately.
