Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within fourteen days.

Returns: You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. Outside Germany: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging.
2) Outside Germany: Please do not return the goods carriage forward.
3) These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.
