Our classic, the original IQ-UV UV men's shirt slim fit was first produced in 2004 for diving and snorkelling guides in the Maldives and successfully tested. Since then, this UV top has been used, loved, worn and tested by snorkelling professionals and water sports enthusiasts all over the world. And it has proven its worth. If you want the best UV protection top for use in salt water, this is it! The fit has been optimised over the years to fit the body perfectly and has been specially developed and continuously improved for use in the water. The sun protection that is obligatory with IQ-UV is of course guaranteed. With a UV protection factor of over 50+, you are safe, even at the equator, and the UV protection has been tested by TÜV. We are particularly proud of the fact that we use recycled nylon made from old fishing nets and ghost nets in this top. IQ-UV sun protection clothing is free from harmful substances and OEKO-TEX certified.
We manufacture it 100% in Europe. It can be washed at 40 degrees on a gentle cycle and ironed at a low temperature. Made from 78% recycled nylon* and 22% elastane (*Econyl® regenerated nylon).
