This forehead shield with neck protection was developed in Switzerland in collaboration with medical specialists, industry and authorities as an accessory for industrial safety helmets. It protects particularly exposed areas of the head, such as the neck, ears, forehead and nose, from harmful UV radiation in order to prevent skin cancer.
The SunCool model can be used with all standard industrial safety helmets (with and without forehead shields) as well as climbing and cycling helmets.
STANDARDS:
The forehead visor and neck protection offer the highest level of UV protection in accordance with Australian standard AS/NZS 4399:2017 (UPF 50+).
CE declaration of conformity in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 for personal protective equipment, category I.
