How can I pay?

PayPal | Visa Card | Master Card
& Invoice - only valid for Germany and Austria: possible with the same delivery and invoice address for an order value of 5 to 750 euros and a positive credit report from our payment service provider Santander Bank.

How much are the shipping costs?

3.90 Euro for orders under 39.00 Euro, for orders above 39.00 Euro the shipping is free. (Within Germany).
International shipping cost might apply.

No, unfortunately, telephone orders or orders by e-mail are not possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns within Germany: Yes, if you are not completely happy with our product, you can easily and conveniently return it free of charge via our returns portal https://iq-uv.shipping-portal.com/rp/

Size exchange: Please return the item that is either too small or too large for a credit note and order the new size directly via our online shop. 

Returns International: Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Just email us at info@iq-uv.com if you want to exchange or return, state your name and order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Which size should I order?

Our size chart will help you find the right size. If you are unsure, simply order two sizes and try them on at home.

Where is my receipt?

You will receive your iQ invoice conveniently by email. You can also download your invoice in your customer account under the respective order.

You can see your order details in your customer account under "Orders". Each delivery will have a DHL tracking number.

Do I have to pay the total amount first when buying on account?

No, you only pay for what you keep. (Keep in mind this option is available only in Germany).

When will I receive my credit note?

As a rule, you will receive your credit amount back within 7-10 days in the same form as you paid. In the case of purchase on account, the amount will only be credited to your customer account for balance.

Which parcel services do we use?

(Valid for orders within Germany) We ship your order with DHL or DPD - We choose the fastest parcel service depending on the shipping time.

Deliveries to Switzerland are VAT-free, but import VAT is always charged by the shipping service provider.

When are "Currently out of stock" items available again?

These items will usually be back in our iQ warehouse from Portugal or Poland within 3-6 weeks.
