Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (iQ-Company AG, Am Klingenweg 12, 65396 Walluf, Germany, Email: info@iq-uv.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties, and functionality.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods carriage forward.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
